Where and when is the wedding?

The wedding will be held on 1st November, 2026 at Froyle Park– a Jacobean manor house just 1 hour from London on the Surrey Hampshire border.

Address: Froyle Park, Ryebridge Lane, Upper Froyle, Alton, Hampshire GU34 4LA. The whole event will be held indoors.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive by 10:30 or 10:45 am latest to ensure you don’t miss a thing! Thank you.

How can I get to the venue by public transport?

The nearest train station to Froyle Park is Alton Railway Station. It is 3.6 miles (an 8 min drive) from the venue and there is a taxi rank outside the station.

Farnham Station is also just 7.5 miles from the venue (a 12 minute drive)

Do you have any advice if I am arriving by car?

From the M3:
• Leave the M3 at junction 10 following the signs for the A31 towards Alton and Farnham
• Remain on the A31 for approximately 18 miles towards Farnham
• Continue from A31

From the A31:
• Take the turning signposted to Upper Froyle (keeping right of the Hen & Chicken Pub – sat nav code: GU34 4LA).
• Follow the road up the hill on Ryebridge Lane (please note the purple Froyle Park signage is for Linden Homes Properties and not Froyle Park Country Club Estate),
• Continue to the top of the hill and bear right, Froyle Park can be found 300yds on the right opposite Yarnhams Lane and before the church – do not turn right into Froyle Green as this has no access and is a residential area. Look out for the large black ‘Froyle Park’ sign.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP as soon as you can but we’d love to hear from you by 1st April, 2026. If we don’t hear from you by this date, we will assume you cannot make it as we have limited numbers.

Can I bring a guest?

While we’d love to accommodate everyone, we can only invite those named on your invitation due to venue capacity. We hope you understand!

Are kids welcome?

We’d love to have your kids there too but due to numbers, we have chosen to make this an adults-only event. We hope you can make special arrangements to enjoy this time with us.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes, the main parking lot holds up to 70 vehicles and there is an additional nearby overflow carpark which can cater to an additional 80 vehicles. There is also wheelchair-accessible parking. Parking is free for guests.

If you are staying overnight on the estate, please park in Car Park A. This is a designated parking area. This is situated on the left-hand side of the road before the bend when approaching the venue via Ryebridge Lane. Day visitors are typically directed to continue around the right-hand bend to reach the main venue and Car Parks B and C.

Can I take photos with phones or cameras during the ceremony?

Please feel free to take photos during the ceremony but ensure flashes are turned off and please don’t obstruct the photographers and videographers.

Can I bring confetti?

We’ve got the confetti covered! To keep our venue happy, we’ll be providing natural petal confetti for everyone to throw. We kindly ask that you don’t bring your own.

What should I wear?

We’d love for our guests to join us in evening wear to match the atmosphere of our celebration. We recommend suits/shirts or and midi/maxi-length dresses. Most importantly, we want you to feel glamorous and comfortable as we celebrate into the night!

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please let us know ahead of time if you have any specific dietary requirements. Feel free to contact us directly or let us know via the RSVP form.

At the reception, will there be a bar?

Yes! There’ll be drinks available all throughout the day and a fully stocked bar open from 7pm. Please note the venue is a cashless site, so please bring your cards.

What can I bring as a wedding gift?

We are open to any cards or gifts you’d like to offer us, but monetary gifts would be really helpful. Please see the registry page to do this.
